Our fee covers design and sourcing, plus coordination with The Room, Handled. It does not include the furniture. Furniture, delivery, transportation and installation are paid separately and approved by you first. Secondhand pieces aren't reserved until purchased. Larger rooms, multiple rooms and whole homes are quoted after we see the space.

No. The fee covers design and sourcing. You pay each seller for the furniture, plus any delivery, separately. Nothing is bought without your approval.
It depends on the room and what's available. Each board shows an estimated secondhand total and a comparison with similar new pieces from mainstream retailers, so you can see the value before you spend anything.
No one can with secondhand. Listings are first come, first served until purchased. With The Room, Handled we confirm availability with sellers and find alternatives when something sells.
Facebook Marketplace, local sellers, vintage dealers and resale shops in and around Atlanta. Every board shows where each piece is.
We source across Atlanta and nearby, including Decatur, Avondale Estates, Kirkwood, Inman Park, Virginia-Highland, Grant Park, East Atlanta, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Marietta, Tucker. If you're further out, ask. It depends on the room and where the pieces are.
